Color Gamps

Color gamps are a gorgeous way of exploring color mixing in different drafts, yarns, and colors.

Color gamps can be used in one of two ways:

1. to create a beautiful project (rainbow color gamps are particularly popular)
2. to create reference samples, either for future projects or to learn about color mixing

In this class, you’ll learn about color gamps and how to design a decorative or a reference-sample draft. You’ll also explore the pros and cons of weaving software vs. color gamps for color mixing.

Finally, you’ll weave a gamp, either following our recipe or designing your own.
